Each room includes a bed, television,
microwave, mini refrigerator and study
table. Rooms include an air conditioner
and heater.

study room - ideal for socializing and
practicing English!

Each room has a private bathroom with
shower, sink, and toilet.

Utilities
Electricity, TV, gas and water are included
in the accommodation fee. The electrical
current is 110/120 volts. Students from
some countries will require a transformer
or adaptor.

Visitors
Visitors are allowed during the day. To
arrange for an overnight stay, please
contact the front desk.
Internet and phone
There is a phone in each room. High
speed internet access is available.
Laundry
Coin-operated facilities are available onsite. Fee is $1.50-$2.00 per load.
Security and keys
Noise and restrictions
Students are requested to be considerate
of their neighbors and keep noise levels
to a minimum especially after 10:30 pm.
Availability
The residence is available all year round.
Minimum age is 18.
One key is issued per student. This is
for the exterior security door and room;
additional fees are required for lost keys.
On-site security/front desk is available
24/7.
Bed linen and towels
Each student is provided with bed linens
and towels. Students are responsible
for cleaning and returning them upon
departure. The room is cleaned once a
week and prior to student arrival.
Deposit
Extensions past the original reservation
are very limited and not guaranteed.
