Relevant Work Experience: Previous sales, assessment or intake experience preferred
Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree preferred, but not required if applicant has experience

Job Description:
The Admission Coordinator is responsible for all aspects of student admissions. Admission
Coordinator is the initial and primary contact for referral sources and prospective families,
assesses potential students with the clinical team, coordinates tours for families and referral
sources, and manages their own referral caseload for perspective families.
Job Duties:
 Coordinate all aspects of the admissions process working collaboratively with the
Admissions Director, Clinical Directors, Executive Directors, Marketing Director and
program staff.
 Manage incoming inquiry calls, coordinate and facilitate tours for prospective parents and
referring professionals, coordinate and facilitate enrollments, and experienced with
database entry. Must be skilled at organization of clinical files, facilitate approval
process insuring student appropriateness and maintain referral source portfolio.
 Work with Executive and Marketing Director on printed materials and website to
maintain an attractive and effective presence in print and on the web.
 Work with the management team as a collaborative part of running the program. Work
with the Facilities Manager and the Executive Director to maintain the facilities. Help the
team with projects and other other duties.
