The FBI – San Diego Division and the San Diego Sheriff’s Department are honored to present this
3-day (24 training hours) FBI Advanced Negotiation Training Course, which will include the

This training will be provided by the FBI’s Crisis Negotiation Unit (CNU) SSAs Vincent Dalfonzo
and Mark Flores. Both bring a wealth of negotiations and instructor experience along with the
FBI’s subject matter research. FBI – San Diego Division and San Diego Sheriff’s Department are
currently seeking Training Point certification from California POST .
