1. Meeting called to order: 6:35 pm
2. Welcome; Round Table introductions
a. Visitors: France Rose & Jessica Cole (Feminist Book Club)
3. Old Business
a. Banking: Treasurers report will be posted asap. (No action has occurred)
b. Kim reviewed the “Still Walking for Equality”. Our 5k taking place on August 22,
2015. Registration is slow and benchmark approaching. We will look at new
avenues to move with this.
c. Political Action Committee (PAC)
i. Joanne C. will be in charge of the San Diego NOW PAC. An initial meeting
is TBD
d. Reminder about California Conference on July 25. Annual state conference where
various organizational issues are discussed. The canow.org is updated for more
information.
e. Feminist Book Club is going well. Next book is The Bluest Eye by Toni Morrison
