Cut six potato pieces using the knife, tile and borer. Even-up all chips to the same length. Place the chips onto the filter paper to dry up excess water. Record the length and weight of each chip. Place the chips into different sucrose solutions. (OM, 0.2M, 0.4M, 0.6M, 0.8M and 1M) Place a bung on top of each tube. Questions. 1. Why do the potato chips need to be the same length? 2.
