Suggested study timetable for Junior Cert students
Christmas.
Total number of days off: 17days (including weekends)
No. of days recommended for revision: 6 full days(29th, 30th Dec 2010 & 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th Jan 2011).
How to use this time:
11am-1pm--------------------------------3 subjects x30 mins
( two 10 min breaks with 10 mins left to revise the revision)
or
2pm-4.00pm ----------------------------3 subjects x30 mins
(allow two 10min breaks with 10 mins to revise the revision)
and
Six exam topics covered and revised each
day.
Use exam questions for revision, find the question
first, and then look at your books and notes to find the
main answers to the question. Write out the main points
of your answers. Keep the question in view when you are
searching for the main points to answer the question.
Using the main points decide how you can structure the
answer.
If you find this study plan difficult you can be
flexible but you do need to start doing
revision and working to a plan.
