Dear Sirs,
This office invites quotation for awarding the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) for the UPSs of
the this Commissionerate including the office of the Chief Commissioner, Bhubaneswar Zone and
Commissioner (Appeals) as listed in the Annexure for a period of one year tentatively starting from
01.12.08. You are requested to submit your quotation in a closed envelope super scribed “
QUOTATION FOR AMC OF UPS -2008” to the undersigned at Room No.106, Ist Floor,
C.R.Building, Rajaswa Vihar, Bhubaneswar-7 on or before 28.11.08 for consideration. Quotations
received after the due date will be summarily rejected . The price may be quoted on rate per item basis.
This office reserves the right to reject any or all the offers without assigning any reason thereto. It
also reserves the right to add or reduce the number of UPS to the AMC, relocate/redistribute the UPSs
and terminate the AMC in entirety any time, during the service period .
