The National Board of accreditation (NBA) of AICTE has appointed me as Expert
Committee Member of the Visiting Team for NBA Accreditation Assessment in the field of
Management, Vide NBA letter/File No 28-302/2010-NBA dated 19-11-2012.

EVALUATOR & MENTOR OF ACBSP, USA:
The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP), USA has
appointed me as an evaluator in their Site Team Visits along with other International
evaluators for validating Self Study Reports of applicant institutions for grant of
accreditation. Served as Evaluator for three Indian Business Schools i.e Amity Business
School, Noida, Ramaiah Institute of Management Studies, Bangalore in the year 2012 and
CRSVIM, Vadodara in 2015 and one International University i.e School of Economics
studies, National University of Mongolia, Ulaanbaatar in the year 2013. Served as mentor
for Zokhiomji University, Mongolia.

Convention on 31st January, 2014 at Hotel Le Meridien, Pune

Recipient of “ICFAI Best Teacher Award-2013”, awarded during 25th AIMS Annual
Management Education Convention, held on 22nd to 24th August, 2013 At BVIMSR,
Navi Mumbai,India.

Received Le Matinal Education Excellence Award as Best Professor in Human Resource
Management Award by Le Matinal Education Excellence Award Foundation. The award
was presented on 14th December 2011 at Sugar Beach Resorts, Mauritius.

Recipient of Asia’s Best B-school Award, “Best Professor in Human Resource
Management Award”. The award was given by CMO Council of Asia having strategic
partnership with Stars of the Industry Group as a Research partner in a ceremony held at
Suntec, Singapore on 23rd July, 2010.

Recipient of “Fellow of Indian Society for Training and Development (ISTD)” for
outstanding contribution to teaching, research and training in the field of Human
Resource Development on April 2013 during the IFTDO World Congress held at New
Delhi.

As the first Indian Recipient received the most Prestigious “ACBSP Teaching
Excellence Award 2010”. The award was given by Accreditation Council for Business
Schools and Programs, (ACBSP), USA. ACBSP recognizes individuals each year who
exemplify teaching excellence in the classroom. The University of Indianapolis, Athens
Campus was the financial sponsorer for the 2010 Teaching Excellence Award. The
medal was pinned by Prof. (Dr.) Janice A. Stoudemers, President, ACBSP at Los
Angeles on 27th June 2010 during the National Conference of ACBSP.

Recipient of “18th Dewang Mehta Best Teacher in Human Resource Management
Award” at Mumbai on 24th November 2010.

Received “Bhavan’s Samman 2010” given by Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Bhubaneswar
Kendra for contribution to management education both at National and International
level. The award was given by the Hon’ble Governer of Orissa Sri Murlidhar
Chandrakanta Bhandare on 18th September 2010 at Bhavan’s premises, Bhubaneswar.

Received “Emerging HRD Thinker Award 2010” given by the Indian society for
