(PRESCRIBED SUM) ORDER 2014

The Minister responsible for health, in exercise of the power conferred by section
3A(2A) of the Health Insurance Act 1970, makes the following Order:
Citation
This Order may be cited as the Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund)

(Prescribed Sum) Order 2014.
Prescribed sum
In respect of each insured person, there shall be paid out of the Mutual Re2
Insurance Fund—
(a) to the Health Insurance Fund, the sum of $18.40 per month;
(b) to the FutureCare Fund, the sum of $14.00 per month;
(c) to the Bermuda Health Council, the sum of $1.00 per month; and
(d) to the Board, the sum of $23.64 per month.

Revokes Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2012

The Health Insurance (Mutual Re-Insurance Fund) (Prescribed Sum) Order 2012
is revoked.
Commencement

This Order comes into operation on 1 April 2014.
