EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS At least 3 years working in an ICT support/technical role Working in a school environment Ability to install, configure and administrate Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Windows Operating systems Proven knowledge of both wired and wireless networking technologies and protocols Experience of Web development and creation Ability to suggest, install and administrate programmes appropriate across the primary range including Nursery Proven Hardware and Software support skills along with experience of remote and/or telephone support ofl users.
