Facts and Figures:
KTPs play a significant role within the University of Bath and are an important means of
engaging with business and industry. Building on the past successes the University now
seeks to expand the resource in this area by recruiting a further KTP Programme Manager
to complete the existing team of 2 plus support.

Programme Manager is responsible for winning and maintaining ten programmes or more
per annum.
A watching brief and facilitation activity on about 50 clients prospects for future or further
business. Active contacts, ranging in complexity from Large to SME and across all
sectors, meetings and face-to-face engagement with many each year.
Each of Bath’s own programmes generates an income of £60,000 p.a. for the University,
which the post holder is responsible for managing.
Additional income can be recovered for the University in areas other than the KTP Office
