Six months to three year programme
Full-time recent graduate based in the company
Two days per month academic support
Budgets for training, equipment and travel
University provides:
– Administration/financial support during project
– Access to Research & Development equipment and
resources.

Graduate
• Employed by the University (Av salary £17-25k)

• Knowledge Exchange & Enterprise Network (KEEN):
Lead organisation driving the West Midlands Knowledge Transfer
agenda. Responsible for a c£24 million project to create 175 graduate
/ business projects in the region.
(Partnering with the 11 other regional Universities, Technology Strategy Board,
and European Regional Development Fund).
•
KEEN graduate employed by company, not the University as in
the KTP.
• Average project length between 6 -24 months
