YEAR
NOMINATION FORM
CRITERIA: The Assistant Coach of the Year Award is an attempt to honor those
coaches who rarely get noticed in our programs. This award will be given to one
small school and one large school assistant coach. They can be any coach in your
school program other than the Varsity Coach. The following criteria will be
considered for this award:
1. Years of service
2. Commitment to the sport of soccer
3. Sportsmanship
4. Dedication to the school’s soccer program
5. Involvement with the soccer program in the community
6. Community service outside of soccer
7. Coaching success
8. Value, service, and commitment to the Varsity Coach and the school athletic
program
