In the event that regular daytime classes have been canceled at the time Bids are scheduled to be received, Bids will be received on the next business day at the same time. Each Pre-bid Conference will include a walk-through of the project. Sub-bidders are encouraged to attend. Pre-bid Conference #1 will be held on Tuesday, March 24 at 8:00 AM. 2. Pre-bid Conference #2 will be held on Wednesday, March 25 at 2:00 PM C. Pre-bid Conference doors will close at the above start time, as indicated by a clock at the designated meeting location. Late prospective bidders will not be allowed to sign-in on the attendance form. D. After the Pre-Bid Conference, the building will remain open to prospective bidders for a period of one hour. E. Prospective bidders will be required to sign-in and sign-out on the attendance form and a list of the prospective bidders will be included in an Addendum. Only those organizations listed in the addendum are eligible to submit a bid. PROJECT SCHEDULE A. The Owner intends to award the Contract on April 21, 2015. B. The earliest Construction Start Date shall be June 11, 2015. C. Substantial Completion shall be on or before August 14, 2015. WAGE DETERMINATION REQUIREMENTS A. Minnesota Prevailing Wage statutes apply to this Work. Bidder is responsible for obtaining schedule of prevailing wage rates currently in effect and complying with these wage rates.
