Exercise B: Write a complex sentence using the spelling word.
A complex sentence has an independent clause joined by one or more dependent clauses. A complex sentence always has a subordinator

A type of writing where the narrator tells a story by communicating directly with the
reader. This can be completely fictional or have some element of truth.

Exercise C: Pronouns
Pronouns allow us to refer to a person, place, thing or idea without repeating
the same word over and over again. Circle the correct pronoun. Be sure to test
each part of the subject separately.
