At Hart Lake Ranch near Williams Lake, we have only top quality Red Angus Beef. They are
naturally matured and not injected steroids or hormones. Our cattle are not confined within
finishing lots, but are range fed on top quality local grass; therefore our beef does not have as
much fat as you would get from beef bought from the grocery store. When you order a your cuts
from one of our calves, you are guaranteed that the meat is tender and tasty. All our meat is
government inspected.

Processing is performed by a very reputable local company Spokin Lake Meats. We do not markup
any of these prices listed below. These prices are quoted for us and passed on to you for your
convenience.

Note: To complete your order, please select your beef size above and complete the cuts table
below. Then submit your order in person or by fax or e-mail. An approximate 50% deposit will
be calculated and is required to initiate your order. The balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
Please make sure you have sufficient freezer capacity to store your order. All orders are
processed on a first come first served basis. Your order will be brought to you as soon as we
receive word it is ready for pick up. This delivery service is only available in the Vancouver,
Burnaby, Coquitlam, Richmond, Delta and Surrey Districts. If you some reason your order
cannot be processed you will be totally refunded.
