I, ________________________, declare that the following information is true and correct. I will also
agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations governing Car Parking in Astor Green as stipulated in the
By-Laws; failing which, the Management has the right to invalidate this application and withdraw the
label issued.
This 2nd Car Park Label belongs to an occupier who is residing in Astor Green.
If the Management informs me that there are insufficient car parking lots in Astor
Green, I will return the 2nd Car Park Label to the Management within three (3) days
Of being notified.
I will not transfer this 2nd Car Park Label to another person.
(Applicable to residents in Block 5 only)
I will only park my 2nd Car in the surface sheltered lots (No. 1 to 31) designated by
the Management.

RULES & REGULATIONS : CAR PARKING
1.
Council be empowered with the discretion to levy a monthly fee of $90.00
(subject to GST) or any other amount as may be determined by Council for the
issuance of 2nd Car label.
Car Park Label2.
Each resident must obtain a car park label for his car by applying to the
Management. A car park label will be issued only to an owner / tenant who is
residing in the estate. Each household is entitled to only 1 car park label.
(a) Members of a household may apply for an additional car park label for their
2nd car.
(b) Subject to availability of car park lots, the Management, may in its discretion
issue to a household additional car park label for their 2nd car on such terms
and charges, and limited to such periods, as the Management thinks fit.
(c) Such an additional car park label offered to the household is only temporary
parking privileges, which may be withdrawn at any time, as the Management
deems fit in fairness to other households, having considered the sufficiency
(or otherwise) of car park lots.
(d) The Management may levy a monthly charge on a household for their 2nd car
as a condition for the issue of an additional car park label. If imposed, such
levy will be applied to all households, which have been issued with an
additional car park label.
(e) Such levy shall be payable in advance on a quarterly basis in conjunction
with the contributions for the management and sinking funds. Arrears of
such levies shall be recoverable by way of suit or claim in the Civil Courts
including the Small Claims Tribunal from each and every member of the
household, jointly and severally.
(f) 2nd car of each household shall only be allowed to park at designated car park
lots. Subject to Rules 7 & 9, only cars with valid car park labels may be
parked in the estate.

In all cases, a car park label will only be issued on satisfactory proof of
ownership of a car by a resident or member of a household.

The car park label is non-transferable and must be returned to the Management
when the owner of this car for which it was issued no longer requires this
privilege to park it in the estate.
5.
The car park label must be exchanged when there is a change of the registered
car.
6.
The car park label shall be displayed on the top right corner of the front
windscreen of a car for easy identification by the security personnel.
Parking7.
Only cars, motorcycles and scooters may be parked within the estate. The
Management may at its discretion permit the parking of other vehicles after due
consideration.
8.
Guests' or visitors' cars shall be parked only at designated visitors' car park lots.
9.
Overnight parking for guests’ or visitors’ car shall be limited to 2 cars per
household. The host resident must register the guests’ or visitors’ cars at the
Security Guardhouse. However, long term parking exceeding 7 days for cars that
are not owned or leased to a resident are not allowed.
10. With the exception of motorcycles and scooters, all motor vehicles shall be
properly parked within the boundaries of car park lots and in such manner, as not
to cause any obstruction or hazard to the vehicular flow in and around the parking
areas. No motor vehicle may be left unattended in any driveway or other common
areas within the estate except for loading and unloading purposes for which prior
approval from the Management must be obtained.
Use of Parking Areas11. Parking areas shall not be used for recreation, storage or repair works.
12. Servicing and maintenance works of motor vehicles is prohibited within the
estate. Simple repairs may be carried out in cases of breakdown but only to the
extent necessary to get motor vehicles started and removed from the estate.
Washing of Vehicles13. Washing of vehicles with a hose is not permitted except at designated washing
bays at the various blocks.
14. Washing of vehicles shall only be done at the designated washing bays at the
various blocks.

Washing of Vehicles15. Casual washing of vehicles whilst parked in the car park lots may be carried out
only with buckets and only in such manner as not to cause excessive ponding of
the parking area. The resident responsible shall clear up any ponding which may
occur; failing which, the Management may arrange for such cleaning up at the
expense of the resident concerned.
Liability16. Residents, their guests, visitors, licensees and invitees shall ensure that no damage
is caused to the fittings and fixtures in the car parking area and shall be liable for
any damage caused by them.
17. Any vehicle entering and / or parked within the estate is at owners' own risk.
Under no circumstances shall the Management be liable for any theft, loss,
damage or other misdemeanour however caused to any vehicle and / or its
contents.
Speed Limit 18. The speed limit for all vehicles within the estate is 15km/h.
We understand the Management reserves the right to withdraw the car label if we fail
to abide by any clauses specified in the above.
