Make a motion to appoint Michelle Franchek as new part time Assistant Borough Secretary to replace Jan
Leopold who resigned in October.
PROPERTY, HIGHWAYS & REFUSE – TOM POTTS
Make a motion to pass Oakdale Borough Resolution No. 5-2013 approving the acquisition and subsequent
disposition of vacant parcel nos. 492-B-193, 407-E-131, 407-J-252, and 492-S-380 in accordance with the
Allegheny County Vacant Property Program.
COMMUNITY WELFARE & RECREATION – JONATHAN DEBOR
The next Borough event will be the Annual Light Up Night on Saturday, November 30, at 7:00 pm at the
gazebo area followed by a visit with Santa and refreshments at the Rock. Oakdale Masonic Lodge No. 669 is
participating in the Light Up Night festivities this year by donating refreshments to be served at The Rock while
visiting with Santa.

October Police Report – Mayor Hennemuth is out of town. Chief Lauria reported 60 calls in October.
