March Member Profile – Jenny Siede – Partner/Creative Director of InStyle Exchange ™ What do a software engineer and a fashion designer have in common? Our featured FGI member this month is Jenny Siede, who is both software and apparel designer and whose mantra is “there are many solutions to a problem”. Jenny Siede, Partner/Creative Director for in.Style eXchange (IX), studied computer science in Boston, Massachusetts and began her career designing business applications. But she knew in her heart since the age of 3 that she wanted to be a fashion designer. In 2003 her dream became a reality when she joined forces with Kiran Bindra to form an enterprise, Kiranzz LLC, with manufacturing ties in India. In.Style eXchange is a fashion business consulting services company that helps fashion designers and branded labels to source produce and manufacture high-end, contemporary apparel and accessory lines. In.Style eXchange provides one-stop service for projects of any size, including fashion, graphic and textile design, screen printing, technical specifications, manufacturing and other related services. Her frequent travels to Berlin, Vancouver, and Buenos Aires also provide inspiration from different cultures. Jenny is the proud mother of a 15-month-old son, and husband to Dr. Wolfram Siede, a genetics scientist.
