PG&E is willing to consider paying the costs of converting equipment to electric power. Also, all proposals shall include, but not be limited to, mobilization to the site, the operating services for the ANIP, and demobilization from the site. TheANIP shall be capable of injecting 7,000 Standard Cubic Feet per Minute (scfm) of air or 95% (minimum) pure nitrogen at a final discharge pressure up to 2,700 Pound-force per Square Inch Gauge (psig). Injection facilities must be capable of uninterrupted injection at the above rates for up to 70 days operating 24 hours per day. The testing program is scheduled to last for a minimum of seventy (70) days of injection with 95% pure nitrogen and may include a second phase of injection with air, if necessary, for an as yet to be determined period of days. The testing plan is preliminary at this time and may be subject to change. Bidders may propose providing part of the ANIP equipment by filling out the information applicable to only that portion of the ANIP equipment. Therefore, Bidders must bear in mind that PG&E may elect to award a part of the ANIP to one (1) Bidder and another part of the ANIP to another Bidder.
