NOTICE OF
SITE PLAN REVIEW MEETING
Per Section 82-114 of the Calumet County Zoning Code you are being given notice of a
proposed land use project which may be of interest to you. The Code requires you receive
notification of a Site Plan Review Meeting for the following property/project:
Project: Prestige Auto Sales, Inc.
Operator: Jason Meulemans
Location: N8890 HWY 57
Town: Brillion
The purpose of the Site Plan Review Meeting is to allow an opportunity for interested parties to
comment on the applicant’s proposed site plan in order to minimize potential adverse impacts
upon a neighborhood to ensure maximum compatibility. For more information about what
changes an interested party can request an operator to make to his site plan, please refer to Sec.
82-114(c)(4)B of the Calumet County Zoning Code (online at www.co.calumet.wi.us).
Enclosed is a copy of the application. If you would like to attend the meeting and offer comment
on the project, the meeting details are as follows:

Time: 1:00pm
Tentative Meeting Location: Room 219, Calumet County Courthouse
(In the event a large amount of interested parties attend the meeting, the meeting may be moved
to a different location. Check in with the Planning Department Secretary, Rose Faust, Room
222, upon arrival to determine meeting location.)
If you do not want to attend, but would like to offer written testimony, please submit the written
communication electronically or in person no later than two business days prior to the meeting
