INTRODUCTION
This document contains an abbreviated form of the suggested Learning Pathway for established
Pharmacists working with End of Life Care patients.
There are two longer pathways available for those who feel they would like to expand their learning.
All sessions in this pathway are included in the fuller pathways and clearly marked in the relevant documents.
If you have not used the End of Life Care e-Learning resources before, then we strongly recommend that you follow the first introductory session,
Introduction to e-learning for End of Life Care (EoLC)
This session will give you a better understanding of the benefits of using the learning environment and how to maximise the benefits derived from the learning.
NB: Don’t forget to print out your personalised certificate to keep in your portfolio when you complete a session.
