INTRODUCTION
This document contains an abbreviated form of the suggested Learning Pathway for established
Pharmacists experienced in working with patients at the end of their life.
There is a longer and shorter pathway available for those who feel they would like to expand their
knowledge over a period of time. All sessions included in the short pathway are clearly identified in
this document. All sessions in the short and mid pathways are included and clearly identified in the
full-pathway.
If you have not used the End of Life Care e-Learning resources before, then we strongly recommend
that you follow the first introductory session,
