timesheets, and organizing the ARIMS filing system from scratch. Assisted
Manager in the preparation of Overtime Projection and Cost Savings Reports, as
well as, maintaining employee roster for the department and/or section. Took
minutes at various meetings, and tracked over 50 departmental vehicles. Gathered
special report materials, forms, and summaries at the request of management, as
well as, the correspondence liaison between the Departments of the President, COR,
Host Nations, Finance, Human Resource, and various US Army Offices.
