Money for Research, Travel, and More from GPSC
The GPSC provides the following four types of funding (the following summary and further information can be found on their website

Travel Grants: The GPSC awards travel grants for graduate and professional students who are attending or presenting research at academic or
professional conferences or similar events.
Research and Project Grants: The GPSC awards research grants for graduate and professional students who have a project proposal and principal
investigator or project advisor.
Club Funding: The GPSC provides funding support for student clubs for use toward startup expenses, supplies and organizing club events. The
student club must have at least 50% UA graduate and/or professional student members.
Professional Opportunities Development (POD) Funding: The GPSC awards Professional Opportunity and Development Grants to graduate
and professional student groups for the purposes of holding academic seminars, conferences or similar events on campus.
