Additional information that should accompany this application:

Cover letter from the program DOGE addressed to the Office of the Vice President for Research describing
how the use of the fellowship funds will advance ISU research and why the nominated graduate student is
considered integral to the research of the departmental program.

A G.P.A. of 3.5 or above is required. A total G.R.E. score for verbal plus quantitative of 320 or above and a
G.R.E. analytical writing score of 4.0 are required.
