All these sentences stressed by inna. They may come without it inna. For
instance the sentence:

َ ‫ َس‬, the meaning is the same in both cases, yet when it comes َّ‫إِن‬
َِ ‫ك‬
َََّّّ‫ََّجْيـلَة‬
َ َ‫اعت‬
َ ‫َس‬
it will be stressed and stronger.
For the format, the diacritic of the name which directly follows inna (Al
Mubtada’) will be changed from nominative to accusative.
Summary
Then:
Inna is a stressing letter makes )‫ (المبتدأ‬accusative and makes (‫)الخبر‬
nominative.
