They may come without it inna. For instance the sentence: َِ ك ِ َّ َََّّجْيـلَة َ َاعت َ َّس َ إنit may also come without inna: َِ ك َََّّجْيـلَة َ اعته َ َس, the meaning is the same in both cases, yet when it comes َّإِن َِ ك َََََّّّّجْيـلَة َ َاعت َ َس it will be stressed and stronger. For the format, the diacritic of the name which directly follows inna (Al Mubtada’) will be changed from nominative to accusative.
