Council hereby finds that the Subject Property satisfies at least

four (4) of the requisite criteria set forth in Section 307.104(j),

Ordinance Code, as more fully set forth in documents On File with

the Legislative Services Division.

Section 3.
Landmark
Designation
on
Zoning
Atlas.
The
7
Council hereby directs the Zoning Administrator to designate the
8
Subject Property as a landmark on the City’s Zoning Atlas.

Section 4.
Notice of Landmark Designation.
The Council
10
hereby directs the Chief of Legislative Services to notify each
11
applicant, the property owner and the Property Appraiser of the
12
designation of the Subject Property as a landmark.
13
Section 5.
Recording
of
Landmark
Designation.
The
14
Council hereby directs the Chief of Legislative Services to record
15
this ordinance in the public records for Duval County, Florida.
16
Section 6.
Effective
Date.
The
enactment
of
this
17
ordinance constitutes a quasi-judicial action of the City Council
18
and therefore shall become effective upon signature by the Council
19
President and Council Secretary.
