The Council 10 hereby directs the Chief of Legislative Services to notify each 11 applicant, the property owner and the Property Appraiser of the 12 designation of the Subject Property as a landmark. 13 Section 5. Recording of Landmark Designation. The 14 Council hereby directs the Chief of Legislative Services to record 15 this ordinance in the public records for Duval County, Florida. 16 Section 6. Effective Date.
