We are happy to inform you that selected talks/presentations from the conference will be recorded
and published on the largest educational video repository in the EU (http://videolectures.net/).
The purpose of Videolectures.net is providing free and open access to high quality video lectures
presented by distinguished scholars and scientists from all over the world. The portal is becoming a
major reference video training repository and dissemination channel for academic researchers and is
operating under the Creative Commons Copyright license.
Attached to this email you will find a »Permission and release form«. If you agree with being
recorded we ask you to send us the signed and scanned form back to our operations secretary

At the event you will be approached by one of our crew member and you will be given a small lapel
microphone before the beginning of the presentation in order to ensure the maximum audio quality
needed to satisfy the standards provided by Videolectures.Net. Consider that crew members will also
ask for your presentations/slides. After the editing the videos will be synchronized with the matching
presentations (.ppt, .pdf), (example: http://videolectures.net/kdd07_fayyad_dms/ ) and published
on the portal.
If you do not wish your talk to be filmed or published without your prior approval, please inform us.
