about how many people are affected (if known), and when will the evacuation or sheltering order be lifted?

specific as you can about the affected areas, including street names or other notable geographic features.
What is the highest concentration of the plume in the above areas? What health impacts can hydrogen
fluoride have on residents at this level?
Is the plume likely to spread and affect more areas than the ones you’ve identified above? How confident
are you of this?
Do we need to open up one of more shelters for the evacuated residents? What nearby sites do you
recommend for possible shelters? Why is it safer for residents to go to these shelters than to stay where
they are?
