Procedure for fulfillment of order of air-conditioning system for stand/chalet
at International Aviation and Space Salon MAKS 2015

Customer (participant or contractor) submits for approval by Technical Services Sales Department:
- 3D design for chalet/stand construction;
- schematics of chalet/stand with indication of zones and rooms in need of air conditioning and a desired
point/location for installation of internal air conditioning units (for chalet No. 1D, 2D, 1F, 2F, 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G) with
specified connections to elements of construction or axes of the building;
- dimensions (height and thickness) of partition walls, information about their material (sandwich panel,
particleboard, fiberboard, etc.), ceiling in the premises;
- chalet construction plan with indication of a point/location for installation of diffusers of air conditioning systems
and input ventilation systems (for chalet No. 1G, 6G) with specific connections to elements of construction or axes
of the building;





Recommended refrigerating power for 1 m3 of air is 70 Watt.
It is prohibited to carry out independent installation of split systems in chalet and exhibition halls.
It is prohibited to carry out independent dismantling of installed equipment.
It is prohibited to place electrical appliances and audio/video equipment under internal air conditioning units.
For damage or loss of equipment or materials, the Customer shall pay a fine to the Contractor in the amount of
75% of the cost of works.
