Dear parents,
It’s time once again to ask you to join our initiative to ‘Walk On
Wednesday’.
Last term there was the usual winter dip in walkers, however all those who
joined in, received one of our super rewards. We hope we can persuade some more of
you to ditch the car and walk to school this summer term. Of course we are more
certain of pleasant mornings ahead and the evenings will certainly be lighter. These
benefits, along with daily exercise and chatty walks to school, who could resist? To
those of you who walked last term, this should be a doddle!
You only need to accumulate 14 stamps before the summer break, out of a possible 22.
Look out for additional instant prize walk days, coming up this
term. Our new banner will tell you when you can take part.
