Description:
Pupils investigate and create a local myth or legend.
Previous lessons:
 Look at the Myths and Legends website (http://myths.e2bn.net) and read an
interesting myth or legend. Answer the following questions: What are the main
scenes in the story? Who are the main characters? What do they look like? Is the
story scary, funny or both?
 Investigate a local story that is a myth or legend. Use a variety of sources.
Learning Objectives (Children should learn):
 To investigate, plan and write a story about a Myth or Legend.
 To find appropriate images.
