o Updates and plan making; labeling for new containers, promoting the
cause on campus, newspaper, etc.

Halister Drummond – Massingil’s grad student – Update on Biodiesel
o Brought samples from chicken grease
o Improving conversion from triglycerides
o Bigger reactor = faster and greater production
o Currently getting 92% reaction rate – working on improving it to 98.5%
o Biodiesel will be used in mowers on campus
o 120ml/min -> 10-15 gallons of biodiesel
o This new process is revolutionary – biodiesel in minutes
o Has increased production capacity by 5 times
o Patent update  Difference in processing techniques
