With reference to club membership, our annual subscriptions are as follows;Individual Membership
Adult (18yrs or over); - £120 or, if in full-time education; - £80 (First years membership only.)
Family Membership
(All residing at same address)
First Adult; - £120 + Spouse/Partner and/or additional adult(s) under 21yrs. of age; - £80
Child under 18yrs. of an adult family member (residing at same address or not.); - £30
In all cases the cost may be spread over a number of weeks, please ask for details. There are no additional range
fees and you may use the facilities as often, and for however long you wish, subject to the opening times below.
We are a Home Office Approved Club and can therefore welcome new starters with no previous experience, who
will undergo a safety and handling course, (included in membership fee), which normally takes place on a
Tuesday or Wednesday evenings or Weekends. There is a statutory 3 to 6 month probationary period before new
starters can apply for their own certificate to purchase there own firearms, but in the meantime we have a variety
of club firearms to use.
No other club in the North East has as anything like as much range time available. We also have our own range
for ‘Practical Shotgun’, which we hope to further develop shortly for use with certain other firearms.
We use ALL types and calibres of firearms at our range and also have access to military outdoor ranges,
principally Ponteland for distances up to 600 metres, and at even greater distances at Otterburn Training Camp.
We have enclosed an application form and declaration which MUST be completed before your application can
proceed. Please note you must give details of two referees, unless being proposed by one of our existing members,
where one referee will suffice. We look forward to hearing from you in the near future.

As can be seen from the above, no other club in the North East has as much range time available.
Please note, last entry onto the range is 30 minutes before the end of any session.
