“INSPIRING YOUNG PEOPLE IN
MATHS, PHYSICS AND CHEMISTRY”
A short conference at Swansea University on
Friday 20th January 9-6pm & Sat 21st January 9-1pm
for teachers of Mathematics and Science (Physics & Chemistry)
The aim of the conference is to provide a forum for experienced
teachers to consider the kind of CPD required to enable Maths, Physics
and Chemistry teachers to enhance the student experience.
The event will include keynote talks from Policy Makers and Pedagogical
Researchers, as well as breakout sessions to debate key issues.
The conference will also provide an opportunity for teachers to take
part in a variety of workshops developed by WIMCS, the Institute of
Physics, the Royal Society of Chemistry and Science Made Simple.
This event is FREE to registered teachers and attendee’s school will
receive £125 towards supply cover costs*
