BOND PROJECTS – CURRENT STATUS AND SCHEDULE

Canyon Ridge High School


Site Grading and Utilities work to start in July.
Building to be bid in August and start in September with completion in
early summer 2009.
Existing High School



Drawings are completed and final budgeting is taking place for the
Chemistry Lab. Bidding is expected in September with completion by
December 2007.
Stadium improvement drawings are being finalized with bidding in
September and a construction start after the 2007 football season is
complete.
The remaining projects are in conceptual design phase with bidding and
construction projected for 2008 and 2009.
O’leary and Stuart Middle Schools

Both schools are in the conceptual design phase with bidding and
construction in 2008.
Bickel Elementary


The multi-purpose room design is complete with budgeting ongoing.
Bidding is anticipated for fall 2007 with construction to begin shortly
thereafter.
The specialty classrooms are in conceptual design with bidding and
construction is projected for 2009.
Harrison Elementary


The multi-purpose room is in preliminary design phase with bidding and
construction anticipated in 2008.
The specialty classrooms are in conceptual design with bidding and
construction schedule for 2009.
Lincoln Elementary

The elevator addition is on schedule to complete in early August.

The remaining projects are in conceptual design with bidding and
construction in 2009.
Morningside Elementary



Site safety measures are underway with completion scheduled for August.
The multi-purpose room is in preliminary design and budgeting with
bidding and construction schedule for 2008.
The specialty classroom remodel is in conceptual design with bidding and
construction schedule for 2009.
Perrine Elementary




The multi-purpose room addition design is complete with budgeting

No work is anticipated at this school.
