Procurement of Works for Construction of 82 Greenhouses in 4 Districts of Kabul Province
Comprehensive Agriculture and Rural Development Facility (CARD-F) invites all eligible bidders to
participate in the bidding process for Procurement of Works for Construction of 82 Greenhouses in
4 Districts (Bagrami, Deh Sabz, Paghman, Shakardara) of Kabul Province Afghanistan and submit
their sealed bids according to the terms and conditions of the Bidding Documents. A complete set
of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained for free by interested bidders on the submission
of a written request to the address below.
Qualification requirements include:
1. Holding a valid business license;
2. At least 3 years of experience in construction of Works.
3. Experience as a prime contractor in execution of at least one contract of works with a volume
of at least ($500,000) US Dollars in last 3 years.
4. The minimum amount of liquidated assets and or credit facilities net of other contractual
commitments of the successful bidder shall be ($150,000) US Dollars. Providing a bank
statement is required.
Bid Security: The bid security will be an amount of ($30,000) in the form of a bank guarantee only
valid for 118 days.
