Currently, we are seeking a Global Sr. Business Partner to support the Deutsche Bank account in downtown New York. Responsibilities The Global Sr. HR Business Partner-Global Accounts is an embedded, empowered business partner who delivers consistent talent practices that drive client loyalty, employee engagement and result in exceptional account team performance across the globe. The Global Client Relationship Manager is striving to achieve a fully integrated account. There are approximately 50 people on the Real Estate side of the account spread over 9 countries and approximately 250 resources on the Facility Management side in Asia Pacific and the Americas. The Sr. HR Business Partner would collaborate with the Client Relationship Manager and country leadership to align client and Account team goals globally. • 2012 – Build infrastructure for talent management globally. • Performance Management goal alignment; ensure direct linkage of performance to pay; communicate the plan for how this will work globally. • Work with Global Client Relationship Manager and Chief Operating Officer to establish the model for compensation. • Establish onboarding program for the entire Account team (per client requirement). • Identification of successors for top 10 positions on the Account. • Establish talent key performance indicators for the Account. • 2013 – Develop Talent Plan and key performance indicators based on 2012 results. • Develop 3-year promotion pipeline. • Complete succession planning for identified critical roles. • Review of current open roles and anticipated open roles with sourcing strategy for each. • Assess People Management capabilities and developing a plan to address gaps (training programs, coaching and feedback, etc.). • Ensure fairness and equity in pay practices, including differentiated rewards for top performers. • 2014 – Beyond • Build on successes; address gaps. • Demonstrate adaptability to changing client requirements and the external environment. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree with major concentration in HR or business-related field; advanced degree preferred. • 5-10 years of experience in a client-focused HR Generalist role, including experience as a specialist in one of the following core HR disciplines: staffing, employee relations, learning, or compensation. • Demonstrated strategic thinker and proven ability in execution capabilities. • Proven outstanding relationship building and communication skills. • Experience integrating and connecting with talent that is geographically distributed and culturally diverse. • Extensive knowledge of contemporary talent management practices and organizational. effectiveness strategies, as well as the ability to deliver them. • Experience in a large, complex, matrixed organization (>$3B revenue or >15,000 employees), preferably in a professional services firm or one that includes a large sales organization. • Motivating, collaborative, results-oriented leader with experience building and leading highperforming teams. • Political savvy and executive presence to influence at the senior level. • Strong background in identifying, developing and strengthening leadership within the organization. • Effective use of data and analytics to drive decision-making and inform planning activities. •Individual contributor role with no direct reports. • 25% travel.
