Accountable to Data Management Officer.
JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible about management of medical and health data.
2.2
Must have required interest in the research projects.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
3.1
Establish a Database about performance indicators.
3.2
Compare and analyze performance indicators annually to monitor Quality
Improvement.
3.3
Collect and analyze data according to the current information technology
methods.
3.4
Support the implementation of EBHC through the provision of evidence based
databases on the intranet, and work towards the provision of Clinical
Guidelines and Clinical Pathways based on valid scientific evidence.
3.5
guide and encourage all research to address patient oriented outcomes that
matter (POEM) in health care.
3.6
Provide information and technical support to all CQI projects in health care
facility.
3.8
Provide consulting and technical support to all departments in the field of
medical information.
3.9
Maintain confidentiality at all times.
3.10
Perform any other duties as assigned by the CQI & PS Director.

Bachelor Degree in medical informatics.
ii.
Must have the advanced knowledge in analysis.
Experience/Skills:
i.
At least 4 (Four) years working experience as Medical Informatics.
ii.
Require excellent communication skills.
