follows:2001 LPSA - Redevelopment of Walbottle CA site and plastics collection scheme (Bid successful)
2002 DEFRA - Green waste composting (PACTS) pilot high rise recycling scheme

2003 DEFRA - Kerbside collection scheme and waste minimisation scheme
