Delivery Date: No later than June 27, 2012; partial shipments are allowed. Please include
delivery time in your bid response as the University of Georgia reserves the right to factor
delivery time into bid evaluation.
CLC Licensing: Vendor must be CLC licensee to produce UGA merchandise.
Pricing must include the jump drives, imprinting of the image, and all delivery and surcharge
fees to Athens, GA 30602.
All vendors must submit a sample bid drive (white in color with an image containing at least red
and black imprinted on it) with their bid response. Samples are due by 5pm on bid closing date
(as posted) and are to be sent to :
