Options for sample prep:
1) Load samples + HiDi and Rox here (price per plate = $X.XX).
2) Have a UGA tech load Rox 500 + Formamide (price per plate = $28.80; $0.30/well).
a. To do this, submit 1ul diluted PCR product in 96 well plate format.

UGA Customer: $35.00
Non-UGA Customer: $50.00
Data retrieval:
Accessing UGA data requires using their secure FTP server. WinSCP is required to access this
server.

Pack samples on dry ice, seal plates with plate sealing foil (using the heat sealer in the lab).
