2015 Associate “B” application
2015 Annual due: $300 + g.s.t. ($15) = $315.00
Annual dues will not be prorated nor refunded in part or in whole. Associate status expires as of
December 31st, 2015. Returning associates will be given a grace period until April 30, 2015 to pay
their dues in full. Dues must be paid in full in order to receive any green fee or rental discount.
2015 Green Fees: Up to a $5 discount off of regular rates.
Green fees may change throughout the season without notice. Associate B’s will receive a maximum of $5 off
regular primetime rates.
2015 Rentals
Associates will also receive a discount on power cart rentals for regular associate play.
2015 Booking:
All associates may book tee times 7 days in advance.

Carnoustie may, at its discretion, process a charge against the credit card for unused tee times.
