2015 GTA ANNUAL MEETING ASSESSMENT
The 93rd Annual Meeting of the Georgia Telecommunications Association is quickly approaching,
and it’s time to make your plans to attend. The significant contribution of GTA's Associate
members helps to ensure the success of the annual meeting.
This year, we have elected to sponsor the banquet on Tuesday evening, June 16, 2015. In addition,
the Associates sponsor the golf tournament on Sunday, June 14th. These functions, as well as the
business portions of the program, provide an excellent opportunity for Associate members to renew
old friendships and make new contacts with telephone company representatives.
In order to fund these sponsorships, the officers of the Associate members established the following
assessment guidelines:

Company Assessment of $250.00 - This was included in your 2015 dues payment of $450.00.
This represents the initial assessment for 0 - 2 persons attending the meeting from your
company.

Additional Assessment - $50.00 per person for 3-4 persons attending the convention.
!
Additional Assessment - $250.00 for 5-6 persons attending the convention.
!
Children are excluded from the assessment.
!
Note: The assessment is in addition to registration fees and
is used solely for funding the sponsorships noted above.
DON’T FORGET that in order to register for the meeting, you must have paid your 2015
membership dues . Additional assessments, if applicable, are due with your registration. Please
return the attached Annual Meeting Assessment Form with your registration by May 4, 2015.
