Project Description: Replace existing bridge over intermittent stream
Minot motioned to continue until February 5, 2009. The Commission
requests a full drawing stamped by an engineer and a representative at the
meeting.

Applicant: Shaun Clifford
Location: 3 Zina Road
Project Description: The proposed work is the installation of a new Title 5
compliant sewage disposal system with an approximate footprint of 500
square feet, not including the new septic tank and distribution box, and the
abandonment of the existing cesspool. The cesspool will be filled with excess
sand material from the leech field excavation and abandoned in place. In
addition to this work, there will be short term storage of excavated material
around the proposed leaching area. This material will be used for backfill of
the various excavations.
Steve Poole requested a continuance until February 5, 2009.

Commentary

Dave noted that Bella’s Car Wash is blowing the plowed snow from the back
of the property over the fence. He requested a copy of the Order of
Conditions along with a letter be sent to the owner.

Joe noted that the plow trucks are pushing snow over the guard rail as you
leave the WalMart. He requested that a WalMart representative attend the
February 5 meeting.
