BACKGROUND
New pay grades on the new pay spine have been introduced from 1 August 2006 in
accordance with national and local agreements and based on the results of formal job
evaluation/role analysis.
A table of the 2006-10 pay deal is given indicating the percentage awards and
implementation points.
A table is given of the current pay percentage detailing the hourly pay breakdown into the
constituent parts of paid working time and paid time for accrued holiday entitlement.
This table will be updated at the award points indicated in the 2006-10 table.
