on the occassion of the 75th anniversary of the DAI-Istanbul we want to direct your
attention to the International Workshop
HOW DID FARMING REACH EUROPE?

Date: 20th-22th May 2004
This workshop is open for everybody and seeks to bring together scientists working in
Anatolia, the Aegean, Greece and Bulgaria, to examine the rise, spread and known
distribution of the Neolithic and to discuss different models of neolithisation in this area.
