The Nursery Parents Committee have the pleasure of
announcing a Book Swap on Monday November 8th 10-11.45
in the Coffee Lounge at the Community Centre.
Funds raised will go towards the creation of scooter racks for
children who scoot to nursery to be able to store them safely
until home time.
The rules are simple……….
You can hand in 5 books in the
0-5 age range that are in good
condition but that your little ones
have tired of or have grown out of.
A drop off and swap ticket
purchase table will be set up in
nursery the first week in
November. You hand over the 5
books at this point and also……
£5 – this will provide you with a
book swap ticket which will allow
you to come along on Monday 8th
November and have a coffee, a
chat some home baking and to
leave with ……………
5 ‘new’ books to take home to
read with your little ones.
We would welcome your support and hope it sounds like a fun idea that encourages the love of
early years reading and also recycling your old books for new ones !
