Subject to the payment by 31 March 2014 of 5 fee units ($125.00) for each head of cattle to the Cashier, Administration,
the rights of pasturage are granted for the year ended 31 March 2015 to applicants for the number of head of female

A right of pasturage is also granted for the progeny of female cattle referred above, until that progeny
attains the age of six months.
2.
Notice is given to each person named above, that they are prohibited from depasturing a head of cattle in
respect of which a right has been granted, if that animal does not have an identifying tag attached to it, as
issued in accordance with section 7 of the Pasturage and Enclosure Act 1949.
3.
Pasturage rights are allocated in accordance with and subject to the approved Pasturage Rights Policy
2011 as listed at http://www.info.gov.nf/land&env/Environment/

NORFOLK ISLAND GOVERNMENT TOURIST BUREAU ACT 1980
APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER OF NORFOLK ISLAND GOVERNMENT TOURIST BUREAU ADVISORY BOARD
I, Lisle Denis Snell, Chief Minister and Minister for Tourism, under section 4 of the Norfolk Island Government Tourist
Bureau Act 1980, in accordance with the resolution of the Legislative Assembly on 19 February 2014, appoint 
Peter John Barney
as a member of the Norfolk Island Government Tourist Advisory Board for the period of two years commencing from the
date of gazettal of this instrument.

The public is advised that the Blue Light Foundation has lodged a Development Application (DA) for a BMX Bike Track
and shade structure at Portions 25n and 25p Taylors Road. This DA may be inspected, during business hours, at the
Planning Office at the Administration of Norfolk Island, New Military Barracks, Kingston.
Submission
Any person may, during the period between Friday 21 st February 2014 and 7th March 2014 make written submissions to
the Chief Executive Officer about the above DA. All submissions must state the relevant DA number. All submissions
must be signed by at least one person making the submission. If a submission objects to the proposed development,
the grounds for objections must be specified in the submission.
Reviewable decisions
A decision made on this DA by the Minister under subsections 44(7) and 44(8) of the Planning Act 2002 is a reviewable
decision within the meaning of subsection 78(1) of the Act.
